I have not received an order confirmation email

Sometimes there is a delay on the order confirmation email, so if you have not received it right away, it can still appear in your inbox after half an hour or so. Emails can also sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder, so remember to check this folder.

If you still haven’t received your order confirmation email, we can check for you whether your order has been registered at all. In this case, please contact us at or by phone on +44 84 55 28 09 10.
